No. Voting is public. Open the event page, choose a candidate and a vote pack, then pay with MTN MoMo, Orange Money, or card. You only need an account if you want to create and manage events.

Each published event has a price per vote (often from 100 FCFA) and optional vote packs that bundle several votes at a set price. After you confirm payment, Nextiaa records the order against that candidate. Votes are not counted while a payment is pending, failed, or expired.

No. Nextiaa is for fan voting and event entertainment — pageants, concerts, galas, and similar contests. It is not a civic, political, or government election system. Results reflect paid support on the platform, not a legal poll.

Use Search or Vote on the site. Filter by name, city, venue, or type (pageant, concert, gala, other). Organizers can also share a direct vote link or QR code for their event.

The organizer controls the window. Voting may not be open yet, may have closed, or may be paused mid-show. Draft, ended, or suspended events are not available to the public. If the page loads but checkout is disabled, the event will say why.

Events collect in XAF with MTN MoMo, Orange Money, and cards (Visa and Mastercard), when the organizer has enabled those methods. Mobile Money sends a prompt to the paying number. Card checkout opens a KPay hosted page — you never enter card details on Nextiaa.

A vote is only counted after payment succeeds. If MoMo times out, you cancel, or the charge fails, nothing is added to the leaderboard. Try again with a fresh checkout. If you were charged twice, write to support with the phone number, event name, and time.

Successful votes are generally not refunded — the candidate already received the count. We look at failed charges, duplicates, and cancelled events. Ticket and plan refunds follow the same refund policy.

Everything on Nextiaa is quoted and settled in Central African CFA francs (XAF / FCFA). You see the amount before you confirm.

Create an organizer account with email or phone (or Google), verify with a 6-digit code, then open the dashboard. You can add events, candidates, vote packs, and — on plans that include it — ticket categories. Publish an event when you want fans to find it.

Every organizer starts on a free plan: one event, two candidates, and ten votes — no subscription fee, and ticketing is off. Paid plans raise those limits, turn ticketing on, and lower the processing fee. The live catalog on the homepage is the source of truth; an admin can change plan details.

Fans pay the pack or ticket price you set. Nextiaa keeps a processing fee from that amount and credits you the rest. The rate comes from your plan (typically around 8–12%), unless an admin sets a custom rate on your account. You see the split in XAF before money moves.

Succeeded vote and ticket payments add to your available balance after the fee. Request a payout of at least 1,000 FCFA to the Mobile Money number on your approved KYC. Requests are reviewed, then sent over MTN or Orange. Open requests reserve that amount until they are paid or rejected.

We verify organizers before they collect MoMo, Orange Money, or cards, and before they withdraw. Individuals submit a legal name, ID (national ID, passport, or driver’s license), selfie, address, and payout phone. Businesses also send a trading name, registration number, and a supporting document. Review usually takes about one business day.

Paid plans can enable ticketing on an event. You set categories, prices, and quantities. Each ticket stores the buyer’s name and phone (email is optional) and a unique QR code for door check-in. Ticketing stays off on the free plan.

Use the email or phone you registered, plus your password, or continue with Google. New accounts and some sensitive actions (password reset, payout confirmation) require a 6-digit one-time code. Passwords need at least 8 characters, including a letter and a number.

Organizers receive in-app notifications and email for things like KYC decisions and messages from Nextiaa. We also send transactional mail for verification codes and password resets. We do not sell your contact details.
